Behind the Matter

The world can rotate in the fuse same with life in human’s or in the state. Life always change sometimes we were in the up, sometimes we were in the down. Same with the state is the state is leaded by good leader the state will expanded. Let’s see the state of Japan. It is one of top country in the world today. What’s the key? The key was from the leader. It proved when Japan losed from Amerika in The World War II. At the time Japan was leaded by Hirohito as a king of the state. He commanded to the all soldiers to back up from the war because war wasn’t the final choice create welthy nations. There were many way could be better. He tried to recover his country by economy side first.

If we feedback to the story of Japan we may see that one of factor made Japanese develop was the education. It stated on the main topic and very urgent since Restorasi Meiji. Japan sent their students abroud to study  in France and Germany. The functions was for having and adding knowledge neither of experience. Hirohito also gave the facility such as books from foreign and translated in into Japanese language. The price wasn’t expensive. The result was many people in Japan like to read everywhere, everytime and everyday.

Economy was another way to develop Japans after war. With “Kaizen” consep it made Japan’s economy grew better. Take for example the Toyota groups, it producing cars in Japan. The Toyota groups could produce better than west groups. Why do I say like this? Let’s see the real condition happened if we comparised both of the groups products, the Toyota may produced car with cheaper price and more economis than the other, that’s way Japan industry grew faster. Using the consep of Kaizen “improvement continuously” made Japan success explore its potential resource.

This reality also happen in our life. I want to take an example in humans. Not all people can explore their potential resource, not all people can recognize their capability and ability. Because of the conditions of life someone may give up and lose of spirit, when he/she look at someoneelse with good performance, capability & intelectuality he/she feel that himself can’t do anything can’t do beter as him. His maindset become narrow because of comparison. His comparison without good reason. This is what we call as mental blocking. Always see others capability but never thingking about self capability. If the person may recognize it he will find something different from others that make his potential resource explore too.

   Maybe the problem is we can’t solve the solution of our matter. Everyday in our life we can’t finish from matters, it also diferrent in any times  and it also arrive anytime to each person. In fact, there sense of behind, each matter teach us about experience, through the matter we may study exactly how to thingking wisely as long as our age these all make we become mature and it depends on how we handle it. Assuming everthing in positive thingking may help us from difficulties and  make our character bulid stronger same with the Japan, its losing from USA by bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki made Japan didn’t give up from darkness and the result Japan become one of the strong country in the world. We may take the positive side from Japan. Being patient, positive thingking, diligent, commitment to our self may deliver us to our desire. Believe in our self, God always with us.
